Refund and Return Policy

At Lust Delights, we aim to make returns and refunds hassle-free. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

Contact Us:

  • To cancel your subscription or request a return, please email us at support@lustdelights.com or use our online contact form. Our customer support team will assist you promptly.

Cancellations:

  • To cancel your order, ensure you submit your request via email before your order is shipped from our fulfillment center.

Returns:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Please do not send your return without first contacting customer support and receiving approval.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged, broken, disfigured, or melted, contact us with photo proof, and we will replace the item.

Returns for Unopened Products:

  • If you are unsatisfied with Lust Delights, at least two of the three Lust Delights Chocolate Squares must be unopened and intact. Once approved, the remaining items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a full refund. Return shipping fees from USPS may apply.

Shipping Labels:

  • If you qualify for a return, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. In some cases, USPS return shipping fees may apply.

Photos for Improvement:

  • We may ask for a photo of your return to help us improve our product and customer experience.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to one week for the refund to be processed once approved.

Delivery Delays and Refunds:

  • During peak order periods, delivery delays may occur. If your order arrives significantly later than expected, you may qualify for a partial refund unless we notify you of the delay and provide cancellation options.
